Google Lens Adds Shopping Ads to Visual Searches

Google is bringing Shopping ads to Google Lens, allowing users to shop directly from visual searches

By the end of the year, shopping-related ads will appear alongside Lens results

With 20% of all Lens searches related to shopping, advertisers can reach high-intent consumers easily.

For instance, if you spot a backpack in a store window, you can snap a photo with Lens to explore more options, like color or pricing, using AI models and Google’s vast Shopping Graph.
