More Details About Audience Customer Types

Customer types are already available in some accounts, but now Google shared more details about this recent feature.

Labeling an audience by a specific group helps Google to understand at what stage of the customer life cycle the customers in the audience list are.

Based on that, Google will automatically manage the following:

  • exclude Purchasers from the customer acquisition goal
  • will consider them as a signal for bidding and optimisation
