Audience Customer Types Live

A web interface for editing a customer segment allows you to tailor your audience effectively. Fields include "Segment name" and "Customer type," with a dropdown menu showing options like "All customers," and "Purchasers." Buttons at the bottom include "Save and continue" and "Cancel.

Google introduced Audience customer types in Google Ads at the start of February, with a dedicated help page for this feature.

This feature has already been observed in select accounts.

You have the option to include one or several of the following customer types:

  • All customers
  • Purchasers
  • High-value customers
  • Disengaged customers
  • Qualified leads
  • Converted leads
  • Paid subscribers
  • Loyalty sign ups
  • Cart abandoners

If you select multiple types that conflict, you won’t be able to continue and save your configuration.
