Introducing Audience Customer Types

Dario Zannoni discovered a help page dedicated to an upcoming feature called “Audience customer types“.

It’s goal is to clasify first-party audiences by type for better understanding of the customer lifecycle stage represented by each list, enhancing the AI’s ability to optimize ad distribution according to our campaign goals.

Here is the list of common audience customer types:

  • All Customers
  • Purchasers
  • High Value Customers
  • Disengaged Customers
  • Qualified Leads
  • Converted Leads
  • Paid Subscribers
  • Loyalty Sign Ups
  • Cart Abandoners
