Google Ads has introduced a Copy-Paste Upgrade Tool to streamline Video Action (VAC) campaign migration to Demand Gen.
This tool allows advertisers to easily replicate VAC settings for Demand Gen, aiding those new to Demand Gen or running tests at scale. Videos are copied automatically, but images require manual addition.
Note: Advertisers with active lift measurement studies should hold off using this tool, as migrated campaigns won’t link to ongoing studies. Full rollout is expected by Q2 2025.
