Google Strengthens Data and Measurement Tools

Google Ads dashboard showing account summary, campaign performance, and an “Active” status popup with conversion stats, recent conversion total, and a message about 35% additional conversions reported in the past 14 days.

Google has announced enhancements to its measurement capabilities, aiming to drive business growth through better data integration and analysis.

Data Manager is now directly integrated with Google Analytics and DV360, enabling advertisers to manage their first-party data more effectively.

Enhanced conversions have been introduced across platforms, improving ad relevance by securely matching customer data. Advertisers can now quantify the impact of their data strategies using a new Data Strength Uplift Metric in Google Ads, showcasing improvement in conversions.

Additionally, upgrades to Meridian, Google’s Marketing Mix Model, are making modeling faster and more aligned with real-world data. These enhancements aim to provide actionable insights from complex econometrics and include features like agentic capabilities and global availability for Meridian GeoX for conducting geo-experiments announced earlier this month.
