Google has introduced a new setting in Merchant Center called Marketing Content Usage.

When enabled, it allows Google to use your existing marketing content, like newsletters and social posts, to highlight promotions, brand visuals, and messaging across Search, Shopping, and Maps.

Notable detail: Google may auto-subscribe to your emails to gather this info. You can also add them manually.

Unless you have a reason to opt out, this could be a simple way to increase brand exposure.

You can able or disable this setting within General account options in your Merchant Center. Google has also published a help page on this topic. Read it here: About marketing content usage.
