Stickers
The ability to add Stickers to Shorts was introduced during Google Marketing Live 2024. It integrates with merchant feeds, Google Play store for retail, and app advertisers.
They will apply to Performance Max campaign, Demand Gen campaigns and App campaigns.
The global launch is planned for Q4.

Drive to Long-Form Feature for Shorts
Google has announced a new feature for Shorts that is already available. It allows advertisers to link a longer video from their ad on Shorts, providing more opportunities for deeper engagement.
This feature is made for advertisers looking to drive users from Shorts to another YouTube video or YouTube livestream video.

Swipe to Website
Google has added swiping capabilities to Shorts and now swiping to the left side allows users to easily visit advertiser’s website.
This feature is already available globally.
