The ability to analyze products by specific segments was added in October 2023 when we were able to segment by Product types.
In November 2023, Google added segmenting by Brand and Custom labels.
What’s new?
The ability to segment by Categories has now been added! This feature is based on the google_product_category attribute, which assigns products to categories from Google’s continuously evolving product taxonomy.
If a category isn’t assigned, the product is categorized as ‘No category‘ in the report.
