You can now extend the product feed for Google Merchant Center with a new attribute Certificate, which is used to describe the certification related to the given product (e.g. energy efficiency rating) ..
It is required for products that are advertised in Shopping or unpaid listings need to display certain information, for example due to local energy efficiency labeling regulations. More about it in the official help.
