Passkeys strengthen account security and are required for sensitive actions such as user access changes or account linking updates.

Advertisers can enable passkeys on supported devices including Windows 10, macOS Ventura, ChromeOS 109, Android 9, and iOS 16 or later. Apple users must enable iCloud Keychain, and Bluetooth is required when signing in on another computer using a phone.

Setup begins directly on the Google Ads login page by selecting your username and following the verification steps.
