Dario Zannoni shared that in Google Ads, you can now adjust the weight of view-through conversions for Display campaigns and Video ads, setting it anywhere from 1% to 100% (the default is 100%).

Currently, this doesn’t impact Smart Bidding or campaign optimization, it mainly affects reporting, since view-through conversions are included in All Conversions.

The one exception: Display campaigns that pay by viewable impressions can optimize toward view-through conversions.

There’s no official documentation yet, and it’s unclear who would benefit from this feature today.
