In addition to the website, email, and phone options familiar from the classic Merchant Center, Google has enhanced the Customer Service section under Business Details in Google Merchant Center Next.
Two new checkboxes have been introduced to mark live chat and chat bot support availability if the retailer provides them.
Additionally, merchants can now select their preferred contact method.
Some information may be prefilled by Google based on the merchant’s website.
