Previously exclusive to YouTube, Google is now extending its Masthead ad format to Google TV.

Masthead is a prominent high-impact format that allows advertisers to showcase their brand, product, or service in a native video-based ad format that appears in the YouTube Home feed across all devices.

It runs on a fixed CPM pricing with possible upcharges depending on the targeting criteria used.

Google recommends to expand reach beyond YouTube Masthead as ~20% of Google TV users do not open YouTube.
