On September 23, 2025, Google Ads rolled out enhanced diagnostics in the UI for Enhanced Conversions for Leads, giving advertisers clearer visibility into import implementations and errors.
What’s New:
- New Alert: “Importing limited user-provided data” to flag missed UPD-only conversions (no GCLID).
- Improved ‘Tagless’ Status: Valid imports with GCLID + UPD but no Google Tag are now marked Good, not Urgent.
- Smarter Prioritization: Import issues are prioritized over tag issues.
- Full Alert View: All alerts are now visible upfront.
- CLICK_NOT_FOUND Removed: Both from Diagnostics UI/API and UploadClickConversions debug responses.
