Google has released an official help page for Ads Advisor, detailing how advertisers can use the AI-powered assistant now in beta. Previously known as “Chat,” the tool was renamed to Ads Advisor in August 2025.

Ads Advisor offers a conversational experience in Google Ads, helping users troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, and get optimization suggestions aligned with their business goals. It can also generate text and image creatives or suggest new keywords and campaigns.
Advertisers can access Ads Advisor via the icon in the top-right panel of eligible accounts. A full rollout to all English-language advertisers is expected later this year.
