Google Ads Help Page Tests AI-Powered Contact Us Experience

Google is experimenting with a redesigned Contact Us page on its official Google Ads Help site.

In the previous version, users were asked to select their account type and describe their issue manually.

The new interface introduces an AI assistant that begins the conversation, asks for details, and helps route users to the most relevant support.
