Google has removed its July 14 announcement that Shopping ads and free listings were being prepared for expansion to 14 additional markets.
The same countries, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta and Serbia, have also disappeared from the supported countries table.

Google has not provided an explanation for the change.
The removal could signal a delay or change in rollout plans, but at least we know it’s on the way.
Check the official page that the countries are missing: Supported languages and currencies – Google Merchant Center Help.
And the original announcement page returns “Sorry, this page can’t be found.”
