Google has announced the launch of Shopping Ads in 15 additional European countries. This rollout will occur in two stages to align with key seasonal shopping periods, giving retailers greater visibility during high-demand times.

The first phase covers Cyprus, Luxembourg, Moldova, North Macedonia, Malta, and Liechtenstein ahead of the back-to-school season. The second phase expands during the holiday season to Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Estonia, and Latvia.
Shopping campaigns appear prominently in search results, displaying product images, prices, and brand names to users with strong purchase intent. This format tends to attract more qualified traffic by informing shoppers about product details before they click.
Retailers in these newly supported markets can now drive product visibility and conversions by connecting their product feeds to Google Merchant Center.
