Google has announced that it will sunset the developer support forums on Google Groups for Google Ads API, Google Ads Scripts, and Campaign Manager 360 API.

As of January 28, 2026, support agents will no longer respond to new posts. Any replies to existing threads will be moved to a new email conversation.

New posts will be disabled later in 2026, but the forums will remain available as a read-only archive.

Developers will now need to use official support channels:

  • Google Ads API: via the dev support form
  • Google Ads Scripts: via the scripts support form
  • Campaign Manager 360 API: contact CM360 support directly

Google recommends including clear issue descriptions, steps to reproduce, IDs, logs, and error messages to speed up troubleshooting.

For ongoing updates, discussions, and community engagement, Google is directing users to the Google Advertising & Measurement Community Discord.
