Google Ads has launched a new conditional formatting feature within the Reports section, making it easier to apply visual cues with filters and colors directly to columns.

Users can now apply custom filters and color-code data, adding a visual layer to reports for deeper insights. It’s perfect for visual learners seeking clearer data interpretation.

How to Use Conditional Formatting in Google Ads Reports:

  1. Add a column.
  2. Click on the dropdown for that column.
  3. Select “Conditional Formatting”.
  4. Enter filters and choose colors.

With this tool, you can transform raw data into color-coded insights, says Thomas Eccel in his recent post.
