Google has started showing notifications for voluntary Merchant Center Next Upgrade.

The notification shows the following text:

A new version of Merchant Center is available. You can try the new version and go back to the current one at any time. Your setup will always stay the same. You’ll receive a notification before the current version is no longer available.
