Google has updated its Shopping Ads policy to allow physical goods subscriptions for eligible merchants in the United States.

Merchants can now sell products like apparel, coffee, healthcare (non-prescription), home and garden, personal care, pet supplies, prepared foods, and toys repeatedly.

To enable this, merchants must include the [subscription_cost] attribute in their product feed with subattributes for period, period_length, and amount.

Note: Only one subscription price per landing page is supported, and subscription discounts or sales aren’t yet available.
