Google Ads has enhanced its Recommended Investment Strategy by introducing Holistic and Growth modes. This update allows advertisers to strategically allocate budgets across campaigns to optimize performance.
The Holistic mode reallocates existing budgets from underperforming campaigns to top performers while adding additional weekly spend. In contrast, Growth mode strictly adds budget to constrained campaigns, maintaining existing budgets.
Advertisers can input either an additional weekly spend amount or a targeted weekly increase in conversions. It offers a 7-day performance forecast via an interactive graph, which helps visualize impacts before applying changes. A new interface displays suggested Target CPA or Target ROAS adjustments and filters options by conversion action, campaign type, and location. The Update ensures instant campaign modifications with the Apply all option.
Campaigns are eligible if at least one is budget-constrained or shows potential for higher conversions at favorable CPA or ROAS rates.
