Microsoft has updated its US social casino advertising rules, reducing complexity by limiting exclusions to just three US states: Idaho, Nevada, and Washington.
Advertisers must also be the first-party gaming platform, barring aggregators and affiliates. In Germany, social casino landing pages are now required to show disclaimers about play money, non-cashout options, and age limitations, omitting the previous licensing requirements by the German Advertising Directive.
