Google has confirmed a reporting issue affecting dynamic remarketing in Google Ads, where event data is not appearing in diagnostics or reporting. Advertisers have noted missing data in the “ViewStats” section within Data Manager, with no parameters or event hits being tracked, despite tags firing correctly.

Tag Assistant, GTM Preview Mode, and network requests confirm proper tag firing and parameter passing (e.g. ecomm_prodid, items, values). Audiences are still being populated, but reporting remains blank in many new accounts.
Google’s community manager Adesh Mahajan acknowledged the issue, stating that teams are “actively reviewing this and working toward a resolution.” Advertisers facing this bug are encouraged to submit a case via the official support form.
