Google is tightening Merchant Center rules as suspensions are rising due to misrepresentation, missing trust signals, and dropshipping abuse. Now, reinstatement may require a 3–5-minute unedited video showing your business, storage, and products.
Merchants should:
- Fix all feed, site, and policy issues before requesting review.
- Prepare the required video carefully (storefront, signage, inventory).
- Be transparent. Misrepresentation reduces chances of reinstatement.
Google’s new process raises the bar for trust and authenticity. Merchants who invest in compliance and credibility will be better positioned long-term.
