Google has launched the Video Assets section globally in Merchant Center Next, following its announcement at Google Marketing Live 2025.

This feature consolidates video content from your website, YouTube, and social platforms into a single location for easier management. Videos can be synced directly with Google Ads for campaign use.
Two new enhancements were introduced:
- AI-powered recommendations to suggest how each video can improve campaign performance.
- Product tagging to make videos more shoppable by linking them to specific items.
This update makes it easier for advertisers to unlock the full potential of their video libraries without juggling multiple platforms.
