Starting September 1, 2025, Google will update its Dangerous Products policies for both Ads & Shopping to restrict ads for:

  • Pill presses
  • Encapsulating machines
  • Components like dies, molds, punches, and tablet stamps

These tools, typically used to form tablets or capsules, will no longer be eligible for promotion.

Enforcement begins September 1 and will ramp up over 6 weeks. A 7-day warning will be issued before any account suspension.
