YouTube has changed the Video-view campaign configuration options. YouTube has eliminated the option to opt out of multi-format video ads. They have become the new default.

While advertisers can still choose specific ad formats (skippable in-stream ads, in-feed ads, or YouTube Shorts) or select all formats, there’s no longer an option to completely opt out of multi-format video advertising.
