Microsoft Advertising has introduced a powerful update to Audience Ads reporting and controls.

  • Advertisers can now view detailed mobile app placement data.
  • The option to exclude specific mobile apps, rather than being limited to broad app store-level exclusions, has been introduced as well.

To start, go to Website URL report, which now includes three new columns:

  • mobile web URL
  • mobile bundle
  • mobile app name

Importantly, you can exclude mobile bundles at the account, campaign, or ad group level. However, Microsoft-owned apps remain non-excludable.

This update offers more granular placement control, helping advertisers reduce wasted spend and improve brand safety across Audience Ads placements.
