Alexandre Falck shared a new beta feature called Click-To-RCS, currently available in Germany. This ad extension allows advertisers to add it to their Search or Performance Max campaigns, enabling users to start an RCS (Rich Communication Service) conversation with a business directly from an ad using their default messaging app (e.g., iMessage or Google Message).

This is a valuable addition for advertisers with established customer communication channels who want to enhance the customer experience with more personalized interactions.
