Google Ads has enhanced its reporting capabilities by introducing video impressions to the Conversion paths report. This update allows advertisers to better understand the impact of YouTube ads on user journeys.
Previously, only click and engaged-view conversions were tracked. Now, with video impressions included, advertisers gain deeper insights into the effectiveness of their video campaigns.
This update doesn’t affect bidding or Data-Driven Attribution (DDA) and is focused solely on providing valuable reporting insights.
You can find this report navigating to Goals > Measurement > Attribution > Conversion paths. Make sure that the “Show video impressions” feature is toggled on.
