Generative AI in Performance Max for U.S. Accounts

At Google Marketing Live 2023, Google presented that AI will be integrated into the asset group creation flow in Performance Max.

It suggests AI-curated custom assets from multiple sources and gives the ability to guide AI in creating or revising assets to align with a brand’s vision.

This enhancement is now live in the U.S. if the requirements are met and will be gradually introduced to more countries in the coming year.

The current requirements are:

  1. It needs to have US billing.
  2. The campaign needs to target the USA.
  3. The campaign language needs to be set to only English.
