Microsoft Advertising has published a new documentation for the Conversions API (CAPI).

This server-side solution, currently in beta, allows advertisers to send conversion and customer interaction data directly from their systems to Microsoft Advertising, supporting various measurement scenarios with a single connection.

Key features of CAPI include the ability to improve conversion measurement accuracy, send online and offline events, increase attribution coverage, and reduce reliance on browser-only tracking methods.

The recommended implementation approach involves using CAPI alongside Universal Event Tracking (UET), which captures browser-based activity. Advertisers can explore detailed use cases and troubleshooting information based on their specific scenarios.

For more details about the implementation and supported scenarios, please refer to the new help page.
