Video assets section in the Google Merchant Center is now actively populating with sourced content, after previously appearing empty in many accounts.
First announced during Google Marketing Live 2025 as a unified video manager, the feature began appearing in September but without any visible assets.
Now, videos are being automatically pulled in, from external channels like YouTube.

This confirms that Google is progressing with its plan to centralize video assets from websites, social channels, and AI generated sources inside Merchant Center.
