Google Tests AI Support Agent in Contact Us Flow

Google is now testing the use of its Ads Advisor assistant in the “Contact us” flow within the Google Ads Help Center. Instead of form-based support, advertisers are guided by a conversational AI that asks follow-up questions, checks for issues, and walks them through solutions directly in their account.
