Google Tests “Visit Store” CTA in Shopping Ads

A Google search results page for "face serum" displays three sponsored ads—Obagi Daily Hydro-Drops, Caudalie VinoPerfect Serum, and Clarins Double Serum—each featuring prices and a call-to-action button to visit their websites.

Google is now displaying a “Visit Store” call-to-action button directly in Shopping ads. The new CTA appears at the bottom of the ad unit, highlighting the store name.

The word “Visit” is followed by the store name, such as “Visit Nike” or “Visit Sephora”, making the call-to-action more personalized and brand-specific.

Currently seen on mobile devices, the feature is still in testing and may not appear for all users. This placement adds clarity to the shopping experience by making it more obvious where the ad leads.
