Starting September 9, 2024, Google Ads API users can upload conversion adjustments immediately after the original conversion is recorded, eliminating the previous 24-hour waiting period.
This update removes the need to track certain error codes, such as ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION and ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION.
These changes affect the latest API and older versions (v15 and v16).
