Updated navigation on the Conversions page

Sofia Akritidou noticed two changes on the Conversions page.

1. A gear button next to the conversion action name leads to the conversion settings page of that specific conversion action (the same action as clicking on the conversion name).
2. A kebab menu button that lets you remove the conversion action or change it to a different conversion goal group faster.
