Enhanced CPC No Longer Available in Standard Shopping

Standard Shopping campaigns will not be able to use Extended CPC from October 2023. It will be necessary to switch to Manual CPC or to one of the automatic strategies.

This change is followed by another piece of news, namely Target ROAS per click in standard Shopping campaign settings.

A notification from Google Ads titled "Shopping Enhanced CPC Deprecation" informs customers that starting in early October 2023, Shopping campaigns using Enhanced CPC will transition to Manual CPC bidding. The update, set to be fully deprecated by March 2025, explains the reasons for this change.
