Google Ads updates its payment methods. It is transitioning to no longer accepting credit cards, forcing thousands of advertisers to switch from credit card payments to bank-based payment methods.
- Monthly Invoicing: check or wire transfer
- Automatic Payments: Direct Debit if available in the region
Advertisers who do not comply with this new payment method risk having their accounts suspended.
The move aims to streamline billing processes but has raised concerns among advertisers, as earning rewards on advertising purchases using credit cards will no longer be possible.
