Google has updated its documentation to list the supported regions for local inventory ads and free local listings separately. Previously, both features were grouped together under a single availability list.
Local Inventory Ads can be found in 93 countries. Meanwhile, free local listings are available in 47 locations. Read the complete list in the official help page.
