Google has officially launched its Universal Cart feature in the United States. This addition allows users to add products directly to their cart via Google Search and Google Gemini. The cart icon appears at the top right of search results, simplifying the purchase process.
The Universal Cart leverages Google Pay for transactions, meaning that users’ payment information and rewards are conveniently integrated. Items added to the cart can be viewed by clicking the cart icon, and users have the option to manage their purchases and view orders through dedicated tabs.

This feature was demonstrated in May and has now rolled out widely, with many users noticing its availability starting last Friday. The integration is timely, aligning with the upcoming holiday season.
