Google has announced that starting April 1, 2026, the Google Ads API will no longer accept new adopters of Customer Match.
Developers who want to start using Customer Match should instead integrate with the Data Manager API, which Google now recommends as the primary method for importing first party user data.

Developers who haven’t uploaded data to a Customer Match list between October 2025 and March 2026 will be blocked from uploading new data via the Google Ads API.
