Goal Management Update Comes to Google Ads API

Adriaan Dekker received an email hwere Google Ads is notifying advertisers how conversion goals are created via the API.

New goals will no longer auto-set as account default unless all goals in the same category already are.

This change aims to improve bidding accuracy and reduce goal overlap.
To make a goal account default, developers must set it as CustomerConversionGoal.biddable = true.
