Google Ads has rolled out new tools to better connect web and app advertising, making it easier to deliver a unified customer journey.
Key updates include:
- Web to App Connect expansion: Now works with YouTube, Hotel Ads, and Demand Gen, in addition to PMax, Search, and Shopping. Advertisers using it on YouTube have seen up to 2x higher conversion rates.
- Unified workflows & reporting: In-product nudges, bundled web + app conversions, and a combined overview card.
- New measurement: Track how web campaigns (Search, Shopping, etc.) drive app installs and first in-app conversions.
Google’s goal is to help advertisers streamline campaigns, attract higher-value customers, and measure performance across both web and app.
