Microsoft Advertising is rolling out a more granular editorial review system that evaluates ads at the asset level. Headlines, descriptions, and images will now each receive individual policy statuses, allowing disapproved elements to be flagged without disabling the entire ad.

This means ads can continue serving as long as they include the minimum number of approved assets. Edited assets will go into review without affecting approved ones.
Two new delivery status messages will appear when applicable:
- Most assets disapproved
- Essential assets disapproved
Microsoft is informing advertisers about this change via email notifications. Currently, asset-level appeals and disapproval emails are not supported, but both features are planned for a future release.
