Starting June 18, 2025, licensed gambling app operators in Brazil will be allowed to advertise on Google, but with stricter linking requirements.
What’s changed:
- Apps must be linked from the operator’s officially registered domain
- Link must be prominent, functional, and direct users to the App Store or Play Store listing
Operators still need:
- A valid license from Brazilian authorities
- Certification through Google’s gambling policy process
