New Ad Rules for Online Betting in Brazil

Starting September 30, 2024, Google Ads will update its gambling policy in Brazil.

Advertisers for online sports betting and gambling must obtain certification from the Brazilian Ministry of Finance. 

Horse racing and lottery operators also need to re-apply for certification. Aggregators, however, will no longer be allowed to advertise in Brazil.
